I’m experiencing an issue accessing your site. What should I do?

First, check to see if you can reach a popular site like Google. If not, there may be a problem with your connection to the Internet and we recommend you contact your service provider. If you have a reliable internet connection, you can also try updating and/or restarting your Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Explorer). This may help resolve video or audio playback issues.

Do the programs on the TV/Video Player/Website include captions?

Yes, to enable the Closed Captioning option on videos, please click the button labeled “CC” in the top right hand corner of the viewing window. Try it out on the Watch page of our website.

I need prayer. Where can I submit a prayer request?

Account Issues

I can’t get into my online account. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! If you would like to update your password so you can log in, please click here and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Please note that the link will only be good for 24 hours. After that time, you will need to request a new link from us. Once you click the link, you cannot use it again, so be sure to complete resetting your password right away. Otherwise, you will need to request a new link.

I need to change or update my address.

I have not been receiving my Daily Devotions email. What should I do?

We will verify your email and re-start your subscription. Please allow 1-2 business days for these emails to arrive in your inbox.

Additionally, please check your spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of to your inbox. If our email is there, select it, right click, and click “Not Junk.” This will allow future In Touch emails to be delivered directly to your inbox.

I’m missing an issue of my monthly In Touch devotional. What should I do?

If you have had trouble completing your transaction, let’s double check and make sure all your information has been entered correctly. First, make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement or the charge may be rejected. Next, please ensure that you have correctly entered your card’s expiration date and verification number (CVN).
