I’m experiencing overall issues accessing your site. What should I do?
Updating/restarting your Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox or Explorer ) and ensuring that you have a consistent internet connection may help resolve video or audio playback issues. Check to see if you can get to popular sites like Google. If not, there may be a problem with your connection to the Internet. We recommend you contact your service provider.

I have not received my In Touch Daily Devotional email – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of to your inbox. If our email is there, select it, right click, and click “Not Junk.” This will allow future In Touch emails to get through to your inbox. We also recommend that you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved sender list.
If after doing the above you are still not receiving your devotional, please contact us using our online form or call us at 1-800-789-1473.

My donation or order is not going through?
If you have had trouble completing your transaction, it may be due to a credit card error. Common problems could be the cause. First, please make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement, or the charge may be rejected. Next, please ensure that you have correctly entered your card’s expiration date and verification number (CVN). If you are still experiencing issues, our Partner Relations team can help at 1-800-789-1473.
How do I set up a recurring donation?
To set up a recurring donation with a credit card, simply follow the donation process and select the "Recurring" option under Frequency.
